The mission of the Genesee Area Mathematics and Science Center (GAMSC) is to improve learning in mathematics and science for all students in the Genesee County and beyond.

GAMSC is a proud member of the Michigan Mathematics and Science Centers Network (MMSCN) funded by a State Board of Education grant and sponsored by the Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD).

Our Services

Within its local service region, GAMSC serves over 85,000 students and 5,600 teachers in Genesee County including the 21 constituent public school districts and its public school academies and private schools. Our services include mathematics and science leadership, professional development, awareness of opportunities, curricular support, and student programming.
